• Use your phone to Skip when your TV says, “Quickly set up your TV with your Android phone?”
• Use the same Wi-Fi network as your computer to connect.
• Sign in to your Google Account from your TV and computer.
• On your TV, follow the prompts to complete the setup.

Check For Software and App Updates

Once you have set up your Android TV, you need to check for software updates. To do so, navigate to Settings (gear icon) > Device Preferences > About > System Update. After your system updates, it is also very important to check for any app updates before you start using your Android TV. Before you start using the pre-installed streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, and others on your Android TV, check for their updates in the Google Play Store on your Android TV.
