Rumors About MacBook Pro Might Disappoint Mac Lovers

Rumors About MacBook Pro Might Disappoint Mac Lovers

At WWDC or Apple Worldwide Developers Conference, Apple announced that they are going to shift from Intel to ARM. At the announcement, they said that due to the transition, their device needs both new software and hardware. All the consumers are expecting next-generation MacBook Pro and MacBook Air laptops with the ARM processor.

But consumers are getting a disappointing delay. Even some media reports suggest that Apple hasn’t planned to unveil its next-generation MacBook with ARM processor in the coming three months.

There are chances that Apple will unveil this product in the November event or push the release of its new hardware in 2021. Possibly Apple will launch its new device in Q4 of 2020. Apple will launch it by a press release or an online event.

The most straightforward answer to this delay by Apple is the current pandemic. There is no doubt that every manufacturer is facing this issue, and due to the ongoing pandemic, they also have to deal with delays in their supply chain. Let’s take an example of Google Pixel 4a. Recently, Google launched its smartphone, but due to this pandemic, they are unable to offer different variants in color and memory combinations to their users.

Apple is also facing the same issue with iPhone 12. Due to the disruption of supply chain, Apple has to push the retail release date of its new device.

The launch of MacBook Pro 16 with updated Intel’s chip in November or December is one of Mac users’ biggest disappointments. Mac users are expecting new products with ARM chipset, but nothing is going as per their expectations.

The 16-inch MacBook Pro was launched in 2019 with the 9th generation Intel processor. It was expected that Apple would launch its updated version in 2020. But no one knows that the launch of the 10th generation hardware might affect Mac’s release with the ARM processor.

It is not the most challenging task to switch to the ARM processor. Apple just needs to remove Intel Chip and replace it with the A14X Bionic chip. If Apple uses this processor, you might see a completely new product with better battery life. It is already certified from various countries that increases excitement about its product.

At this point, the software is equally important to the hardware. macOS Big Sur is the latest version of their macOS that was unveiled in WWDC. It will be available for all Mac users. So, it is clear that Apple has planned something more other than ARM hardware. They are also planning to offer smooth functioning of all the apps and machines with both Intel and ARM chips.

So, Apple is taking more time to install ARM chips in its devices for better and smooth performance of their device. It will possibly give MacOS on the ARM processor a good start, and Mac users might love this combination when they use it soon.

Even the inclusion of ARM’s processor might benefit Apple. So, you can wait for a little longer for this processor. You will get the best product if you wait for a few months.
