The third version of Galaxy Watch from tech giant Samsung will be the first watch in the history of the technology to actually measure the level of oxygen on demand by the blood flowing in the veins of the user. However, the two anticipated features which are ECG and blood pressure, do not exist yet.
The watch has a lot of plus points. In particular, it looks enchanting to the eye. It is an attractive looking smart-watches with glaring circular-shaped AMOLED display.
The full form of AMOLED is- active-matrix-light-emitting diode. It is a display device technology that is powered by OLED (Organic Light-emitting diode). Since 2007, it has been used in electronic devices, and it is still being used in the modern lower cost and high-resolution outputs.
The latest aids are a great addition to its splendid technology which includes a running coach, a feature that will synchronize workouts between your TV and your watch. A more enhanced sleep tracking feature as well some health tools. Health tools include an ECG app as well as a feature that will measure blood oxygen levels. But the deliverance on health tools is disappointing, and battery life too needs a bit of work.

It also has a BP monitor (a blood pressure measuring device that measures systole and diastole), an enhanced version of the sleep detection and period detection feature. It also gives a detailed analysis of your run if you wish to check it once you come to a halt.
You cannot be blamed for being a skeptic of Samsung’s health features. Although, the electrocardiogram feature did also come along with Samsung Galaxy Watch 2 but hasn’t been made available even though a year has passed since Galaxy Watch 2 launch. Even the BP monitor of Galaxy watch 3 showed some unreliable results when some early users did the tests.
The point which is to be noted is that Samsung has got FDA clearance for ECG app (although it still will not be available) and it hasn’t received any FDA clearance with the Blood Pressure monitor.
When talking about elsewhere in the world, the two features are only available in southern Korea.
Previous versions of Galaxy watches did have a feature that measures the oxygen level in the blood such as S10, but there have been improvements in SpO2. There is an opinion shared by many that SpO2 oximeter of Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 will give you a precise number whenever you demand it.
